What is artbid?
A public artist leaderboard where artists bid to rank. #1 gets the featured stage with a video or track, the artist name, and the number they paid to stay there.
Who can join the board?
Musicians, visual artists, producers, performers, film and live acts. Paste any artist link — YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Vimeo, Instagram, a site, or an @ on X.
How much does it cost?
Bids are whole US dollars, minimum $5, then $1 at a time. To take #1, your bid must be at least $1 above the current top.
How do I get on the board?
Your card is built from the link you send: title, text and thumbnail are pulled automatically. You preview the card before you pay, and the bid only counts after Stripe confirms payment.
Is there an algorithm?
No. No feed, no hidden score. The only ranking is the board, and the only way up is a higher bid.
